By using Creavim, you agree to these terms. Before reading on, we want you to know: our goal is to provide you with the best digital catalog experience and create great things together. This page is here to clarify the rights and responsibilities on both sides.

What Does Creavim Offer?

Creavim is a platform that lets you create, edit, and share digital catalogs. We offer features like a powerful visual editor, ready-to-use templates, asset management, and an interactive catalog viewer. Our mission is to make catalog creation as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Creating an Account

To enjoy all features of our platform, you'll need to create an account. A few things to keep in mind:

• Please provide accurate information when signing up
• Keeping your password safe is your responsibility
• You're responsible for activities on your account

How Should You Use the Platform?

We ask that you follow a few simple guidelines when using Creavim:

• Please follow applicable laws
• Don't upload harmful or inappropriate content
• Respect others' copyrights
• Don't try to harm our systems

Intellectual Property

Creavim's design, code, and original content belong to us and are protected by copyright laws. However, you own the catalogs and content you create - never forget that!

Your Content

Everything you create on our platform belongs to you. The only permission you grant us is to display, publish, and help you share your content. We don't use your content for any other purpose.

Payments, Renewals and Refunds

Payments are collected by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle processes your billing details and payment method; we never store card data on our servers. Listed prices exclude tax; VAT or sales tax is added at checkout based on your country. Business customers who provide a valid tax ID (VAT ID) are not charged tax where applicable law allows.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the cycle you choose (monthly or annual) until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again.

The same refund terms apply to subscriptions and one-time AI credit packs:

• You receive a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your first purchase and have not used the service.
• Usage means any of the following: exporting a PDF or image, spending AI credits (image, video or translation generation), or publishing a catalog. Once any of these has happened, the purchase is not refundable.
• Renewal payments are not refundable; to avoid a renewal, cancel your subscription before the period ends.
• When a credit pack is refunded, its credits are removed from your account.

Liability

We do our best to keep the platform running smoothly, but technical issues or outages can happen. In such cases, we can't be held liable for direct or indirect damages. However, if you encounter any problems, we're here to help.

Closing Your Account

You can close your account anytime - we respect that choice. However, we reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that seriously violate these terms. In such cases, we'll try to notify you first.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email. For minor updates, you can check this page.
