Read catalog analytics

Evaluate visits, pages, and interactions within a consistent scope.
Analytics reports activity. A page view is not necessarily another person, and adding to a cart is not a completed purchase.
Follow these steps
- 1
Choose catalog and period
ManagementAnalytics
Choose all catalogs or one catalog and the last 7, 30, or 90 days. Keep scope and period consistent when comparing results.
- 2
Read summaries with detail
ManagementAnalyticsReport
Read views, visitors, and interaction summaries alongside devices, referral sources, popular pages, and product actions. Empty tables can reflect no data in the selected scope; check filters first.
- 3
Refresh or export CSV
ManagementAnalyticsExport
Refresh to fetch current data. Export CSV when available in your plan and compare it with the selected scope. Consider any delay or aggregation notice shown.
- 4
Configure GA4 separately
SharePrivacyGoogle Analytics
Enter your GA4 measurement ID in Share > Privacy and check saving. Visitor analytics preferences affect measurement, so separate tools may not report identical counts.
Result
Check catalog and period before interpreting the report or its CSV.
