Manage catalogs

Last updated: September 8, 2026 · 2 min read

Find catalogs, duplicate them, and manage publication status.

Selecting a catalog in a list can differ from opening it in the editor. Check the catalog name before acting.

Follow these steps

  1. 1

    Find the catalog

    ManagementCatalogs

Use search and status filters in Catalogs. Check name, cover, and status in the card/list view. Use the open-in-editor action to edit.

  2. 2

    Rename or duplicate

    ManagementCatalogsMore

Use the catalog’s more menu to rename or duplicate. Find and inspect the copy as a separate catalog; do not share the source URL as if it belonged to the copy.

  3. 3

    Manage availability

    ManagementCatalogsMore

Use Share for publishing and access settings. Archiving can affect reader availability, so check the public link. Use a copy when experimenting with a new design.

  4. 4

    Verify bulk scope

    ManagementCatalogsSelection

Before bulk publishing, archiving, or deleting, read the selected count. Check selections after changing filters. Do not assume deleting is as reversible as archiving.

Result

Confirm both the catalog record and reader availability match your intent.
