Manage product records

Manage the product information used in your catalogs.
A product record is different from a product card on a page. Changes to the shared record can appear in other designs using that product.
- Product variants and options
Manage product differences such as color and size.
- Import products from Excel and CSV
Validate a file before applying new products and updates.
- Connect and refresh Google Sheets
Import your product sheet and refresh information from the same source.
Follow these steps
- 1
Find a product
EditorProducts
Open product management in the editor. Use name/SKU search and the available filters, then click the row or edit icon. Use the create-product action for a new record.
- 2
Enter product details
EditorEdit product
Enter name, SKU, description, price, currency, and other needed fields. Keep the SKU consistent across future import files because it identifies matching products. An empty price and a zero price mean different things.
- 3
Create a brand or category
ManagementProductsBrands / Categories
Use Create in the relevant subtab. Brands offer name, slug, logo URL, and description. Categories also offer a parent category; leave it empty for a top-level category. Save the record and assign it from the product editor.
- 4
Maintain classification records
ManagementProductsBrands / Categories
Use a row’s edit icon to change its fields. Review products using a record before deleting it. Creating a product brand does not change catalog brand-kit colors; product brands and catalog brand kits are separate.
- 5
Classify and connect it
EditorEdit productBrand and categories
Choose brand, categories, and catalog connections. Categories help organize products but do not insert cards onto pages. Upload images and check the cover and gallery order.
- 6
Save and check the result
EditorEdit productSave
Save and read any warning as well as the success message. Return to the list and check visible fields on a linked card. Product status and catalog publication status are separate.
- 7
Check bulk selection scope
EditorProductsSelection
Bulk selection supports status changes and deletion. Selecting all matches can include more than the visible rows; read the selected count and confirmation. Do not delete a product record merely to remove it from one card.
Result
Check catalog connections, record details, and the linked card’s appearance.
