Animate a block

Configure a block’s entrance or interaction animation.
Block animation is separate from media playback and slideshow transitions.
Follow these steps

Choose a preset

Select the block and choose an animation preset. None removes its animation without deleting the block content.

Adjust timing

Set trigger, duration, delay, easing, and repeat count. Keep the content easy to read and avoid distracting repetition.

Preview it

Use the section’s preview control, then check the actual trigger in reader preview. Review behavior in the accessible publication and with reduced-motion preferences.
Check your result
Check the result in preview, then verify the reader experience in the published version.
