Importing

Your IDML is rebuilt with its page layout, text styles and master pages, while missing or substituted fonts are reported in the import diagnostics.

   Export as IDML

   Prepare an IDML file from InDesign. Check links and fonts before importing and retain a visual reference for comparison.

   Upload your file

   Choose your IDML through the start screen’s InDesign import action. The catalog opens after upload and processing.

   Edit and enrich

   Compare imported text, images, and shapes with the source and review warnings. Unsupported elements may not retain the same editability. Then complete interactions and accessibility fields.

PDF pages are first imported with their original appearance intact. When editing is required, only the page you choose is converted into editable content.

   Upload your PDF

   Select your file through the start screen’s PDF import action and follow upload and page-processing progress.

   Choose the page to edit

   Open only the page you need for editing. Complex PDF structures may require a review of fonts and layout after conversion.

   Edit and publish

   Edit your pages, add interactivity and publish in one click; share by link or on your own domain.
