Understand independent quizzes versus a combined exam.
The exam mode combining quizzes across pages into one submission with Finish Exam is not currently available. Quiz settings show it as Coming soon.
Follow these steps

Use the available flow

In standalone mode, each quiz submits its own questions and uses its own result/identity settings. Place questions within the same quiz when they need one assessment.

Do not assume combined scoring
PropertiesQuiz Settings
Adding quizzes on several pages does not combine them into one exam. This version has no supported setup steps for Finish Exam or combined results. Those instructions belong to a future release that enables exam mode.
