Find and replace text or fonts

Last updated: September 8, 2026 · 2 min read

Update repeated text or fonts across the catalog.

A bulk replacement can affect many pages. Check search results and the active tab first.

Follow these steps

  1. 1

    Open Find and Replace

    EditorEditFind and Replace

Enter a phrase in Find and set case matching as needed. Navigate matches and confirm you found the intended usage.

  2. 2

    Replace one or all

    EditorFind and ReplaceText

Enter replacement text. Replace the current match individually or use Replace All for all matches. Read the resulting count and inspect affected pages.

  3. 3

    Replace fonts

    EditorFind and ReplaceFonts

In the font tab, choose a used font and its replacement. Review line breaks and overflow afterward because font metrics can change the fit.

  4. 4

    Undo or save the result

    EditorUndo

Undo an unintended replacement. Save a revision before major changes for a checkpoint. Publishing the edited pages still requires an update.
