Form notifications and responses

Check stored responses and optional notifications.
A successful submission and a notification email are separate outcomes. Verify the record and notification separately.
Follow these steps

Configure notifications

In a page form’s Notifications section, enter the email address. Use an HTTPS webhook for an external integration if needed. It sends submission information to that service; enter the destination you intend to use.

Submit a test response

Submit identifiable test data after configuration. If success is not shown, read the error and check management before repeatedly resubmitting the same information.

Compare record and notification

Open form responses in management and check the catalog/form and field values. Review email or service notifications separately. A successful response is still recorded in the panel when the notification destination is empty.
Check your result
Check the result in preview, then verify the reader experience in the published version.
