Resolve issues with Preflight

Last updated: September 8, 2026 · 2 min read

Review page and block findings and fix their relevant fields.

A finding may require an editorial decision. An automatic fix cannot always supply the intended meaning.

Follow these steps

  1. 1

    Open findings

    EditorPreflight

Open the top-bar counter. Review layout, media, content, and accessibility findings. Use page/block context and distinguish warnings from publishing blockers.

  2. 2

    Go to the relevant field

    EditorPreflightFinding

Select a finding. Use the in-place editor when offered or open the relevant Properties field. Describe an image’s meaning rather than pasting its filename.

  3. 3

    Review a fix

    EditorPreflightFix

After a color, size, or target-area fix, inspect the design. Distinguish product recommendations from mandatory criteria by reading the finding’s explanation. Undo an unsuitable result.

  4. 4

    Recheck and publish

    EditorSharePublish / Update

Check updated findings. Blocking accessibility issues send the publishing flow back to review. Resolve them and retry, then inspect the published HTML and PDF results.
