Add buttons and links

Create a button for a link, PDF, product request, or form.
A button label should explain its action. Choosing a visual style does not configure its destination.
Follow these steps

Insert the button

Click a button preset and position it on the page. In Properties > Content, enter an action label such as “Open technical sheet.”

Assign a link or PDF

For the Standard type, enter the destination in Link or select a PDF file. When both are assigned, the PDF takes precedence. Remove the file assignment if you want the link to be used.

Choose product or form actions

Choose the product action type and configure the relevant product for a product request. For Form, configure the title, description, and fields. Selecting a cart or form icon alone does not change the action type.

Style the button

Set typography, text color, fill, button size, and radius. Bind the label to a paragraph style if needed; clear overrides or detach the style for local control. Choose the icon separately.

Verify the action

Click the button in preview and verify the address, PDF, product, or form. Resolve accessible-authoring warnings about labels and actions. Also check keyboard access.
Check your result
Check the result in preview, then verify the reader experience in the published version.
