Organize text and images in rows and columns.
These lessons cover the regular Table block. Use Product tables to list linked product records.
- Table images, appearance, and accessibility
Configure image columns and make the table easier to read.
- Import CSV into a table
Bring CSV rows into a regular Table block.
Follow these steps
- 1
Insert a table
EditorElements > Data
Click a table preset under Elements > Data. Select the table and set row and column counts in Dimensions. Reducing a count removes trailing rows or columns together with their content.
- 2
Edit cell content
EditorCanvas
Double-click a text cell or heading to edit. Enter commits; Escape cancels that cell edit. Tab commits and advances to the next editable target; Shift+Tab moves backward. Leaving the field also commits. To move the table, use its block selection instead of editing cell text.
- 3
Insert rows and columns
EditorRight-click menu
Right-click a cell and choose Add row below or Add column right. Delete row and Delete column also remove their contents. Use Undo if you remove the wrong item.
- 4
Merge cells
EditorRight-click menu
Choose Merge right or Merge down. The target must be empty; move its content first if necessary. Unmerge conflicting merges before trying again. Image columns support vertical merges only.
- 5
Adjust dimensions
PropertiesDimensions
Drag column or row boundaries on the canvas to resize them. Equal Width in the panel distributes columns evenly; set individual percentages in Columns. Recheck text and image fit after adding content.
