Workspace settings

Last updated: September 8, 2026 · 2 min read

Change workspace defaults and catalog-specific settings at the right scope.

Workspace defaults, catalog brand kits, and catalog domains have different scopes. Check the selected catalog before editing.

Follow these steps

  1. 1

    Open settings

    ManagementSettings

Open Settings in management. Distinguish workspace defaults from sections requiring a catalog selection. Switch catalogs before editing a different one.

  2. 2

    Set default currency

    ManagementSettingsWorkspace

Choose the default currency and check the saved state. This does not convert every existing price through exchange rates. Review individual product prices and currencies in product management.

  3. 3

    Manage catalog-specific settings

    ManagementSettingsBrand kit / Domain

Use the brand-kit lesson for colors, fonts, and logos and the domain lesson for a custom publication address. Use Catalog Settings in the editor for language and page dimensions.

  4. 4

Change your display name and interface language

    ManagementUser menuProfile

Edit your display name on Profile and save it. Email is read-only on this screen. The Turkish/English choice changes the interface, not the catalog content or publication language.

  5. 5

    Update your password

    ManagementProfilePassword

Enter and confirm the new password, meeting the displayed length requirement. Submit the password update and read its success/error state. Saving the display name does not submit a password change.

  6. 6

    Review workspace name and address

    ManagementProfileWorkspace

Edit the workspace name and slug and use that section’s save action. Because the slug appears in publication URLs, review shared links, QR codes, and embeds after changing it. Choose another value when an address is invalid or already taken.

Confirm saving and check the default in the next relevant operation.
