Export PDFs and images

Last updated: September 8, 2026 · 2 min read

Download the catalog in a format suited to its use.

Screen PDF, Print PDF, and accessible PDF are different outputs. Choose by purpose, not just file extension.

Follow these steps

  1. 1

    Open export

    ShareExport

Open Share > Export in the editor. Reader downloads depend on the publisher’s permissions; reader controls can differ from editor controls.

  2. 2

    Choose a file type

    ExportFile type

Choose PDF, PNG, or JPEG. Set Screen/Print usage for PDF or resolution for images. A static file does not preserve interactive video, forms, and slideshows as live behaviors.

  3. 3

    Choose page scope

    ExportPages

Where offered, choose all pages, a range, or a single page. For spreads, check pages/spreads layout. Vector printing hides these scope controls; review that output’s scope separately.

  4. 4

    Preview and download

    ExportDownload

Browse preview pages and inspect bounds. Download and wait for completion. A single image downloads directly; multiple images are packaged in a ZIP. Open the PDF to check count and quality.

Result

Open and inspect the downloaded file. Later catalog edits do not update an existing download.
